| Loving Sunday at Kuala Pilah |

29/11/2009 November Loving Sunday Project was held at Kuala Pilah, to clean-up a place to be used by the senior citizens for morning exercises. The project was started at 8.00a.m, our PDG Ln Jason Kon together with the DC Ln Chan Hoi were very punctual, they were the "early birds", the outstation Lions who came earliest. At first we took a group photo before starting to "work". After a while our LC Bahau arrived and joined into the actions, then followed by LC Lukut and LC Seremban. A total number of 37 Lions participated in the project, i.e. PDG Ln Jason Kon, DC Ln Chan Hoi, Region 5 Chairman Ln Yau Sin Liong, Zone 13 Chairman Ln Elynn Chua, LCKP 16 Lions, LC Bahau 6 Lions, LC Seremban Central 10 Lions and LC Lukut88 1 Lion. The programmes for the day was: 1. a) Gotong-royong : Cleaning the basketball court used by senior citizens for morning exercises. b) Painting the basketball score boards and metal supports. 2. Adjourn the LC project and continue with the Recreational Activities i.e. a) Refreshment b) Karaoke 3. Lunch at Nam Wah Restaurant (12.00p.m.) All Lions were having fun in working together, fellowship & singing together, and happy having a good lunch together. Everybody left for home at about 2.00p.m. |
